Omg. The portions. You could feed an army off one or two dishes. And the food is delicious. Excellent bang-for-buck.

In the 15 years I have been coming here the food has never changed. Still the same great food since the day first tasted it. I hope it stays the same for the next 15 years.

Good food like always

My server was very nice, we got our food in 10 minutes which was great! I shared with my daughter since it was so much food. Our plate had grilled and fried pork, thin steak, rotisserie chicken, french fries, sweet plantains served with salad, rice and beans.The meats were delicious but the rice and beans were bland , worst one’s I have ever tasted. If they made better beans I would definitely come back!

Amazing food anytime I go, been coming here for years. Churrasco was amazing and the yuca fries were 10/10. Wished there were more shrimp on my Bandeja but don't we all?

For a place that has such high reviews, I found the food to be relatively bland. The wait time for my to go order was closer to 45 minutes (which would have been fine, but they initially told me it would be a ten minute wait). The meat was okay but nothing special, but the rice was good. The salad that came with my meal was awful. Not sure what the commotion is about, but I’ll be willing to give them another chance as maybe this was a fluke.

The food is really good. The portions are more than enough to satisfy you. And the service is very good

This spot is a must. Bring your most challenging appetit cause they don't skimp on the portions. You may need a doggy bag for the leftovers. Food is so good and fresh and the price will definitely have you coming back soon.Friendly atmosphere and waiters are very courteous so tip them well...handsome too.😉😋

Never order food from here!! Their food is expensive and undercooked. I ordered a dish for my New Year’s Eve party and my guests couldn’t even eat it because it was so undercooked!! The rice felt like they didn’t even try to cook it and the meat what disgustingly raw. I went back the next day with the food that nobody touched to try to at least get some of my money back and their response was “you should have brought it back the same day” how are you gonna expect me to leave my guests to drive an hour to your restaurant and back home on New Year’s Eve..... it’s sad that a restaurant could provide this terrible service NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Me and my husband has a really great breakfast the other day. I had the best, scrambled eggs and arepa with cheese. It was delicious! Plus the homemade orange juice was 👌

Order the skirt steak on a hot skillet. Comes 2 huge succulent sizes wih rice + beans + baked potato and a side of salad. Today my stomach was very happy..💪💪

They are the worst service ever. I came with my cousin who was crippled and they would not serve him because he was handicapped. This was so embarrassing for him and made him very insecure as his leg was amputated. Would never recommend this spot. The worst embarrassing experience I have ever faced

It is very sad that after over 10 years of going and ordering food from this place, which I might add it is amazing, the prices that are online are not updated. They raised them during this pandemic and when not everyone is working. Instead of providing service, they are taking advantage. Please make sure you ask for the prices over the phone.

Came with family after seeing the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. Every time we're in town we make sure to come here. They made us wait outside which is fine wait was less that 10 minutes which is not bad for it being Christmas day. Well, once we are seated we looked at the menu and decided what we were having. The waitress that served our table took our order not once but twice. The order started coming out one plate at a time and minutes in between. Which was very upsetting but Ok (not really) what really got us upset is that the one person in our party never got their food at all and them she had the nerve to as if everything was ok. Like seriously??? Won't be coming back again especially since we do come from quite a distance.

Only restaurant I know that you actually get what's on the picture. Always fresh, made to order, delicious. Been to several Pollos Mario location but this one has the best food. You get your money's worth. Huge plates, always end up taking food home. Everything in the menu is delicious. My favorite place in New York.

I have ate here before but I guess that will happen no longer.Just tried to put in a order and the price came up higher then then what is listed online. When I questioned the price (mind you I am asking this while trying to place the order online) the person working tells me their prices have been raised.We are talking about a 30 dollar difference for two entries ordered. I didn’t plan on spending 60 for takeout on a Sunday. I would go out for that and when I attempted to cancel my order she said I couldn’t?????? When I protested I was told I could no longer order food. And that this was approved by the manager.So I am now blacklisted because they were not competent enough to change the menu online during a time where that is the sole way of seeing prices. The food is good....not that good to treat customers that way.

I did not like the service, the employees are not attentive and they served me the hot beer even though I made the comment. I won't be back
